This is a reproduction of an original Fort William Henry Harrison sweatshirt. We have a photograph of the original shirt in our collection.  The original was white. Because everyone asks for gray, the sweatshirt comes in both Gray and White.
Interestingly, the soldier’s name was stenciled in small letters below the design. Fort Henry Harrison was in Montana and was the location of training for the First Special Service Force (FSSF).
The sweatshirt has the V notch style that was popular during WWII. This sweatshirt is screen printed by hand, and variations in colors naturally occur as they did during WWII. The sweatshirts are 60% Cotton and 40% Polyester and are Machine Wash Cold with like colors, Tumble Dry Low.
