WWI reproduction gas mask inspection card. Every doughboy had one in his gas mask bag at all times to record any gas exposure.
This paperwork and its envelope are often missing from the original gas masks and are not usually included with the reproduction gas masks.
Includes both the envelope and card. The string should be pulled through the rear, closed part of the envelope and then attached, allowing the card to be pulled out without losing the envelope.
The plasters (tape) pocket is empty.
The original is depicted for comparison purposes only and is NOT included.
