Description
Our WWII Fort Benning Infantry Tshirt is a reproduction from a photograph of an original WWII Fort Benning T-shirt.
Fort Benning is often associated with Airborne training and was home of the Airborne School, as well as the “Triple Nickle”, the 555th PIR. However, its moniker of home of the Infantry pre-dates paratrooper school by almost 25 years. By 1920, then Camp Benning was authorized to begin construction on the Infantry School of Arms, which, by WWII, was known simply as Infantry School.
All of our WWII Tee shirts are hand screen printed, like they were during the war, so variations in colors naturally occur.
Our WWII PT shirts have the U.S Spec tag in the neck. The Ft Benning Infantry t-shirt is made of 100% cotton and runs true to size. Women’s sizes are available upon request. Please send an email to orders@wwiisoldier.com
